If there are any self-respecting "journalists" out there apart ftom Martin Samuel, I'd like them to ask some questions of the Premier League and now is as good a time as any;

1) Why were representatives of Liverpool and Manchester United allowed to interview candidates for the head of the PL ?
2) What did they ask them ?
3) Did Liverpool and Manchester United play any part in the refusal of the previous two candidates to take up office ?
4) Were Manchester United and Liverpool consulted about the takeover of Newcastle ?

The follow-up questions are obvious but that should get us started.
 
Clearly the BBC have run out of semi-sensible anti-City stories, and have resorted to crazy talk in their gossip column.

In today's 'Not City News' we have the following 'gem'.

'Miedz Legnica's 27-year-old Spanish winger Joan Roman, who played for Manchester City's youth team, has changed his name to Goku, the lead character from Japanese manga and anime series Dragon Ball'.

Wow, wonder what the count of threats of violence against the author is up to by now?

Well done to the journalist for saying it how it is, and who would of thought an actual Sun journalist showing more integrity than our national broadcaster the BBC!

5) Why did the PL quietly drop the FFP wage increase rule at the time Utd desperately needed to offer large new contracts and spend heavily
