Kinky,Scholes,Keegan,Bernardo,Muller etc the list goes on and on. Size doesn't seem to matter.

Profit is taxed, not income. It would depend on the corporate structure. In some companies, they'd earn all their revenue in the UK but any profit would effectively be remitted to a "head office" registered in a tax-haven, via some sort of charge. In others (like Apple & Amazon) the revenue itself is booked in the tax haven.

Interestingly, at least 3 EU countries - Ireland, Netherlands and Luxembourg - are low tax regimes, which is one reason why the EU is a joke.
