Yes. Every single club in Europe except the winners are failures every single year.
Beats me why EUFA run the competition and tv companies pay a fortune to screen it.

The ball would have struck his outstretched arm whether it grazed his head or not and the length of time taken to award a clearly correct decision shows how unfit for purpose var is.
