Of course....
It's funny. It's become a joke on the Matchday thread. I'm sure even those who called him that originally are backtracking. That needs to stop, it’s not funny, especially when he’s been outstanding this season and especially in the chumps league xx
the “match day thread“ just about sums it upIt's funny. It's become a joke on the Matchday thread. I'm sure even those who called him that originally are backtracking.
Good on you mate, great complaint and well written, not surprised by the lame response as you had the cunts bang to rights ..Obviously a great night for everyone associated with the the club last night and I struggle to remember a day that I have been prouder of Manchester City FC in the 44 years I have supported us. But still I am seething at the coverage Sky afforded the feral rats of Trafford/London on sunday so I have complained to their viewer relation dept and thought I'd share the communication so far. Hitler would have been proud to have these twats doing his propaganda.
What I sent first of all.
I would like to express my disgust at the particular behaviour of Gary Neville and Sky Sports during the broadcast of the postponed game between Manchester United versus Liverpool game yesterday 02/05/2021.
Mr Neville along with Jamie Carragher and Roy Keane were given the platform by Sky TV to condone the actions of hundreds of protesters whose behaviour included injuring police officers & stewards, criminal damage of equipment and property, breaking and entering & trespass.
The support these men and Sky Sports gave to protesters who’s actions were illegal, aggressive and broke many Covid rules into the bargain was wholly unacceptable.
Mr Neville, Mr Carragher and Mr Keane who are all paid employees of Sky were allowed to incite the acts of violence, aggression and disorder as some sort of just protest when in fact it was just mindless thuggery.
I feel as a successful businessman with high profile contacts Mr Neville has an ulterior motive in unsettling the owners of Manchester United and was using his position within Sky TV to his own benefit and that you the broadcaster are complicit in this behaviour.
The actions of Mr Neville and Sky TV could have very serious repercussions if their behaviour to incite further unruly behaviour within the football community does not go unpunished.
I look forward to hearing back from you as the actions of Mr Neville and Sky TV held absolutely no regard for public order during a pandemic and actively supported the actions of hundreds of mindless thugs.
Their crap reply.
Good Morning,
Thanks for taking the time to contact SKY.
With regard to the commentary given by Gary Neville, Jamie Carragher and Roy Keane on Sunday, 2nd May, please note that at the time of the commentary the commentators were unaware of the full extent of events taking place outside Old Trafford. Specifically Mr Neville was commenting on what he saw occurring in the stadium, which he later condemned.
Thanks again for your comments
My reply to the crap reply.
Thanks for getting back to me.
I feel your excuse that Mr Neville was commenting on what he saw occurring in the stadium is utter drivel. The fact that there were 100's of protesters inside a closed stadium meant they'd obviously forced entry so therefore they'd broken the laws of criminal damage of property and equipment and trespass. Not to mention the fact all kind of Covid rules had clearly been breached by the illegal acts of the protesters yet for hours on end Mr Neville, Mr Carragher and Mr Keane were allowed to distorts the facts whilst Sky allowed them to do this unabated.
Mr Neville was also seen speaking to steward long before this condemnation you speak of who had serious damage to his face and Mr Neville also stood by while one of the protesters verbally abused Mr Jamie Carragher and also watched a flare being thrown at the pundits in the gantry. The fact Sky had camera's all around the ground and whoever was in charge (by the looks of it Mr Neville) could have fed information to the pundits that all was not how they saw it so they could stop praising the actions of 100's of protesters breaking all kind of rules and laws.
Maybe one day Sky will realise that there are 20 teams in the Premier League and not just Man United and Liverpool who it seems with the help of the broadcasters 2 main pundits (Mr Neville & Mr Carragher) are given Carte Blanche to behave in whatever way they want without censure or condemnation. The lack of censure that Sky give to 2/3 people who in reality were just good footballers years ago is a real concern and perhaps one day you'll give one of them enough rope to hang you all.
Good Day!
I'm probably pissing in the wind but these jokers need telling. Anyway Up the Blues!!!

The only person this makes look silly is the drunk, red nosed, bullying pisscan that turned up at their hotel.Totally agree, this is being blown out of proportion, and makes us look a bit silly imho. There's absolutely nothing Ferguson could say to Pochetino about us that he wouldn't already know! There's no story here fellas, move on, continue enjoying last night's performance, and the position we are now. Ferguson is last year's news.
This is outrageous. I’m not having these bizarre allegations.Imagine on the same day your partner running off with your best mate, imagine your cat eating your favourite hamster and then being run over, imagine your knob falling off, imagine being scammed out of your life savings. Now appreciate how Harris is feeling. Hold the thought....lovely isn’t it.
Already have done on 3 separate occasions using my details, my wife's details and my mates. I would hope other City fans do the same. Maybe not with my rabid enthusiasm. Bank Holiday Monday was a slow day for me if anyone was wondering.sent it to OFCOM, incitement to riot
They should have broken into the stadium, smashed up the concourse and threatened the safety of police and the teams. Then they’d be heroesJust had a quick look at the football pages on the newspapers' websites. Seems that 15 hours after the match finished the Mirror have forgotten it happened completely.
I saw that too. I was quite surprised and he was very complimentary about the whole team. In contrast you could tell it caught Richards off guard. His persona is to gloat about City and try to wind up Carragher. He didnt have anything new to add to the conversation because Carragher and Martinez said it all. All Richards could do was chip in with a couple of jokey comments.Saw the CBS analysis and wow what's happened to Carragher?
He's fallen in love with Dias (haven't we all), he had about a 5min monologue about how great he is...like a love struck teenager.
