I wonder why only City’s ownership is regularly forensically analysed by such paragons of objectivity such as Conn. Presumably every other football club in existence has been founded, funded and administered with impeccable ethics. I thank him for telling me it was City’s lawyers who had the uefa ban overturned and that facts and evidence had nothing to do with it.
Obviously his opinion has nothing to do with the fact that currently the history clubs tm. are years behind City
And here we were erroneously thinking that yer paid lawyers a hefty wedge to assemble a few ideas re evidence and due process. Does the cockwomble ever point out that the motley gathering of 'super 'istree clubs' had been in so much of a fuckin' rush to shove us back down the ladder that they forget that 'due process' is all part of the evidence that lawyers will explain in court and to arbitration bodies. Uefa and the usual hyenas royally fucked up and the pillock, like a good few in the RDAHMeedya, can't swallow the outcome.

"The breakdown of City’s huge annual commercial revenues – £246m last year – is not published, but if the Abu Dhabi sponsorships were to average £100m for every year of Mansour’s ownership, that would put the investment from the country at £2.6bn"

He misses the point that the Etihad sponsorship alone was broadly and always accepted as near as damn it "fair value" by independent assessors in the 2014 case and, more recently, not challenged by UEFA at CAS that it was a related party.

As an aside, Dubai pumps more money into football through shirt sponsorship than Abu Dhabi. Real Madrid, Arsenal etc etc. But never a mention...

The racist overtones are plain to see in another re-tread article of repetitive shit!
I see his plumbed new depths in blaming City for the demise of Bolton, Wigan and Bury.
What a horrible, boring fucker he is.
League clubs that have gone to the wall (in that incarnation) since 1983 - the end of splitting gate reciepts with away team (ta United), and formation of money disparity PL (ta, United et al):
Newport County
Maidstone United
Aldershot
Scarborough
Halifax Town
Rushden and Diamonds
Chester City
Darlington
Hereford United
Bury
Macclesfield Town

But it's all down to the effect that City got taken over in 2008...

I'm pretty laid back on this transfer but saying his best days are behind him have no basis in reality whatsoever.
Saying he has a glass ankle isnt real either. He's an attractive prospect and I am sure the club want him.

Dealing with Levy and his demands though might make it impossible, better spending that money on Haaland or Mbappe imo, especially when you think what that £120m investment will look like in 3 years time with either Kane/Haaland/Mbappe

I've no issue with those arguments, just the poster you replied to said his best days are behind him when he's coming off his best season to date.
Makes no sense.

Probably already been posted, seeing as it's a week old at this stage. But I only came across (Oo-err) it this morning......

What a bitter begrudger he is.

He is a grade A prick. I don’t mind criticism of the blues but he basically hates us and won’t give us credit no matter what. Arsehole
