Sky thought it was a good idea to send “comedian” Tom Allen to Charlton v Wimbledon yesterday as part of the rainbow laces campaign.
He stood next to the real reporter coming up with hilarious lines like “Wimbledon are quite good, I only thought they did tennis but they can do football as well” and “one player just fell over and the fans all booed him, that’s not very nice is it?”
How Sky could possibly think this was a good idea to integrate the LGBT community into football, only they will know.
