Anyone watch the dippers game on Amazon last night?
The commentator actually praised the Fenway Group for their investment in the club and the players they bought.
Ally McCoist even went on to praise the purchase of Van Dijk as well!!!!
I genuinely laughed out loud it sums up our media in a nutshell.
We get accused of buying trophies, the media darlings get praised for their purchases!!!!!!!
Bought with a different kind of money. Laundered Terrorist Money is ethically better than Dirty Oil Arab Money.

Even that Rag clown Greg Dyke said the BBC was 'hideously racist"
I can give you a specific example of what I mean.
Back in September BBC online ran a preview of the Rui Pinto court case. He has been charged with extortion and data theft relating to the Footyleaks hack. None of the 90 charges relate to Manchester City or the UEFA FFP email inquiry.

In that preview article (with no byeline) it was stated: "The data showed how wealthy Gulf Arab individuals and organisations now exercise strong influence over some top European clubs, as well as the role of offshore tax havens in football transactions."
Nothing has ever been published suggesting the Pinto data refers to the influence of "Gulf Arabs." It looks like that this overtly racist angle has just been introduced into the story. I complained to the BBC asking them to show what evidence they had for this claim but they have fobbed me off. The complaint is now with Ofcom.

Incidentally the Pinto case has now been running for three months. Most of the evidence has been technical but has related to hacking and attempted extortion of the Doyen Sports agency and various Portugese football clubs including Benfica and Sporting Club. There has also been evidence about Real Madrid being targeted by Pinto. The BBC (and the UK media) has just ignored the case (despite running a big preview linking it with City)

The preview article is still online here complete with its claims about "Gulf Arabs": https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-54016147

The fact that the press/media only cater for the teams in red . Papers are only read by people over forty and alot of those are knocking them on the head ! It's a dying thing.

The daily mail "arise sir tax exile" meaning Lewis Hamilton, yet does the daily mail ever mention that utd are registered in the Cayman Islands ? But also see nothing wrong in awarding a sportsman for slept with his brothers wife for 8 years and seems abit handy with his fist with his latest gf allegedly

Unless it pops up on my Google news app I dont see or read any news ! Certainly wont pay to read any of the crap they say or write.

The Daily Mail is registered as a business abroad. Think it's Jersey. They don't pay any tax.

Lord Rothmere, it's owner, is also registered as a non-dom to get round tax.

They'll have a go at Hamilton of course because a lot of their readership secretly hate anyone with black skin.

It's why they repeatedly had a go at Sterling until he called them out.

Did he make any references to the string of former UEFA and FIFA officials who have been arrested for corruption in the last year or the systematic leaking of confidential commercial information about City by unidentified UEFA officials? Or is he just concerned about CAS clearing City? Is this man so compromised in his views that he can't produce a fair and unbiased report on anything related to Manchester City?

Yes, he is so compromised in his views.
Staggering that he is still in a job after the Leicester incident
