In his review of the sporting year, Dan Roan of the BBC and Harry the Liar whitewash interview infamy, says City beinng cleared of wrongdoing by an independent court ‘raised major questions about who's influencing the sport’s governance’
I don’t suppose for one minute that he considered a letter from several interested parties in the same market, attempting to influence an impartial judicial body to come to a beneficial (for them) decision, whatever the evidence told them, to be in any way ‘influencing’ the sport’s governance.

No i'll bet he didn't as his employers were one of the main culprits!
To be honest I read the original piece and thought they were clearly implicating UEFA as the party who are the governors although it's written in an unusual way as if to imply wrongdoing on our part. Holds no surprise as it's a narrative I've become very tired of.
De looney and his minions believing their words are above crtisism or reproach is typical of a modern day twatter writer and their faux indignation.
Syed is a different matter and quite rightly should be rebuked at every opportunity to make his rooftop apology. He should try taking his head out if his arse and looking at the world through something other than his own prism for a more rounded view. Not that I would care, I care less about what he has to say than gibberish on talk sport and I never listen to that.

Is he making an oblique Messi reference? Sam’s track record on predictions suggests it is best ignored, whatever he’s on about
It's in support of Carney(sp?) the former England Woman's player who made the unfortunate Tweet aimed at Leeds I'd suggest. (women are as strong or stronger than men)

The Daily Mail is registered as a business abroad. Think it's Jersey. They don't pay any tax.

Lord Rothmere, it's owner, is also registered as a non-dom to get round tax.

They'll have a go at Hamilton of course because a lot of their readership secretly hate anyone with black skin.

It's why they repeatedly had a go at Sterling until he called them out.
Ridiculous if all of that stacks up - I quite like the idea of the 'alternative' paper that would immediately highlight the double standards of their reporting.........

The previous Rothmere was a big fan of Adolf One Ball along with Disney and Max (S&M) Moseley's dad Oswald leader of the British Union of Fascists.

Moseley was locked up for the War but 'earned' a knighthood or other honour for 'charity' work. Who'd a think it?

The Daily Fail is an instrument of hate speech incarnate. I think you're spot on that they do pander to the most base element in our country.

Not paying tax nothing to see here. Ask Lorraine Kelly. Hope her family never suffer due to the NHS being underfunded due to spivs like her.

Watching a programme on Monaco last night I learned that you don't register your prestige super yacht in your own personal name. No sir you register it in a company name so that you are not personally liable if a Barrymore happens aboard. Money breeds corruption nothing more. I'm off to place me order! Happy New Year to all Blue Mooners! Stay safe.

On a point of information,Mosley was a baronet. He did not "earn" his "Sir" he inherited it.

His family had long connections with Manchester, originally coming from Hough End Hall, Chorlton. They were in fact Lords of the Manor of Manchester for many years. Hence Mosley Street in town, which we have all walked down.

Their former family seat, Rolleston Hall in the village of Rolleston on Dove, not far from St George’s Park and Burton on Trent, was razed to the ground. I used to live nearby and only a gatehouse remains
