This is what comes up *every time* you Google Manchester Twitter.
3 different United links at the top of the Google search page everyday.
City‘s Twitter link is further down the page under the MEN and GMP Twitter links.
Manchester Instagram is even worse.
If United are playing, and when they win, Manchester Instagram is flooded by United Instagram links. I have no doubt the vast majority are (United) instagram bots.
As a long time Manchester social media observer, Manchester United, and Neil Aston, who was recruited by United, and is now in-charge of their media and PR department, are doing a very good job.(at our expense)
I can’t believe for 1 second City and their media department don’t know what’s going on across the internet and social media. After all, they must monitor it in a daily basis. If they do know what’s going on, why aren’t they reacting to it more aggressively?
