The Phil Foden not playing enough is getting really tiresome so first day back at work & ease myself into things I thought I’d do a little experiment.

Using Wikipedia (not always reliable) I thought I’d compare the following media darlings playing first team competitive games versus our Phil at 20. (Not including internationals)

Interesting list. Would be great if it had minutes played too.

If you can put that together from a quick wiki search, just imagine what the so-called journalists and pundits who are paid to do this for a living could come up with if they actually did any research instead of repeating lazy, inaccurate soundbites.
It's astounding how many Blues put this shower to shame with a little bit of research in their spare time.
I wouldn't waste your time sending this factually correct information to the likes of Miguel Delooney or Nob Harris as they'll probably block you (if they haven't already)

I suspect they won't as it would show them up and it doesn't suit their narrative.

Ric, that’s the elephant in the room whenever this gets raised, and no one in the discussions, be it hosts or pundits, ever mentions it. All they do, be it tv or radio is trot out the same tired comments about PL game time.

Yeah, but we have leaky defense and we can’t score, and Jesus isn’t a replacement for Aguero, and we cheat FFP and COVID rules, and we have dirty oil money, and we haven’t won the CL or super duper cups, so we are shit.
