A good example of the ongoing media narrative - focus on something negative.

Whether it’s Pep’s post match comments (didn’t hear them), focusing on Mendy or the continued insinuation that we pulled a ‘fast one’ with the Everton game.

Just read the Sky match report - they gloss over the fact that we were missing so many players and don’t even list them.

In addition to the known Covid afflicted we were also missing Laporte and Ake, could either of the red teams have achieved this result with that level of setback?

If they had would there be cuntish headlines from ‘Hendopolis’ (wanker) or would they be the bestest team ever?

He's a City fan FYI.

Amen brother. I once had the misfortune to listen to a city podcast with him on it and a couple of blues were basically taking turns to be all buddy buddy with him and having snide digs at City fans perception of the media. It was sickening. They probably were hoping for a career in journalism.

Stu Brennan is a decent bloke from what I can tell, I don't care who he supports.

Why is ‘Covidiots’ in quotes here? Can’t see anyone actually using that phrase in the article, unless I’m missing something?

I don’t agree with the headline at all, but I don’t like Guardiolas response on it either. I can understand it and why he’s doing it, but it doesn’t sit right with me.

It's been like this for years with those idiots. You've even got downright hostility coming from the likes of Jeroen Grueter. They're all into the Dipper, Rags and Barca hypetrain. Think the only change will be if for example Saint Frenkie would join us.Our Dutch contingent hasn't been interesting enough for that crowd.

I spoke to more Dutch Real Madrid fans before a game in Madrid than Spaniards.
