Why is the state broadcaster running puff pieces like this? Who benefits?
First time l have had the time to read it.
It is longer than many biographies l have read.
I've never seen such detail about any other signing for any club.

Especially an 18-year-old with five senior appearances. The broadcasters and general media are simply desperate for United to become successful again. Clicks mean profit and they simply get more clicks for their positive articles and negative articles about rivals than they do for other clubs.

There is a debate about the content of the food content of the meal pack for kids not in school

BBC Breakfast of course have to feature Prince Marcus shown in the old footage of the food bank warehouse bearing the family name plus a copy of a tweet on his account.

Why not the views of nutritionalists and child development experts plus something about the logistic difficulties of getting appropriate food to kids in a lockdown.

As usual l am none the wiser except a rag player is stuffed onto our screens again.

Silly Sally will be making a documentary pronto !

I work in a school and the government guidance, as always around free school meal (fsm) provision is as vague as always.
My school has decided to provide supermarket vouchers to the value of the cost of school meals that the kids aren't getting which is what we did last time.

Most of our kitchen staff have been furloughed and there are logistical problems around families collecting food parcels and social distancing if we had gone down that route as we have over 300 kids on Fsm and I know some schools that have more than this.

Most families prefer this system however I've had feedback that a minority are not buying food with the vouchers.
Perhaps Silly Sally and St Marcus can come to the school I work in and police this?

Logistically it took a lot of hard work to set up last time and this will take us a few days to get up and running again as a year group has left and another started with us since last time and other families are now eligible who previously were not.

Whatever an individual school decides to do is wrong in the eyes of someone like Trashford and him sticking his big nose back into this debate isn't helpful to anyone working in schools.

Perhaps you could invite Sir Marcus to your school so that he can teach you how to plan, budget and distribute the meals in a cost effective way.
Just don't ask him to do it quietly without fuss and a bbc camera crew in tow.

I got out of bed at 0800 and by 0803 there were more pics of the Prince of Wythenshawe. The food as shown was not sufficient but it did not seem to be 3 days worth for a family (no size given) by any chalk
I was glad to see a local deputy head talking about how he got more for half the price. Its people like that who are doing something about it, I want to hear from not someone who sent a tweet out.
