''garbish'.....Are you Sean Connery?
They did actually reply quickly even though they'd stated it may take a few weeks....

Dear Mr Coock,

Thank you for contacting us regarding 'FA Cup Match of the Day' on 24 January. We appreciate your feedback.

When we cover the competition, we aim to balance the overall coverage by including a wide range of current as well as ex-professional players, commentators and pundits.

We appreciate that thoughts on our presentation team can vary considerably so it's inevitable some may dislike or disapprove of certain individuals, may not agree with something mentioned, or may feel that there was too much commentary or analysis over and above the events themselves.

Our commentary team is aware of their duties to remain impartial throughout their commentary.

We appreciate you feel differently and we have ensured your concerns have been fed back to the Match of the Day production team as they take a keen interest in what our audience are saying and use feedback to shape future programmes.

Thanks again for getting in touch.

Kind regards,

Aoife Nugent

In order to steal there is a requirement for dishonest intent. Hard to see how something that’s within the rules can be a dishonest act, unlike, for example, hacking a competitor and retrieving information without their knowledge and against their will. That’s dishonest. In layman’s terms, that’s stealing.
Just like the journo who wrote it "stealing a living"

Typical patronising and insincere BBC response.
They'll send the same reply to everyone who complained about Murphy's shit, biased commentary.

Fair play to BT tonight. They commentated just as the quality of the football on display deserved. Extra kudos to Robbie Savage for informing the world that Dias’s stats for his first 23 games for City are far superior to those of Van Dyke.
Keep it up BT, I don’t want you to blow smoke up our arses, but a display like the first half at WBA, deserves every superlative you can find.

As I posted on the 'matchday forum' earlier this evening, if we see out this game currently being played at West Brom, we will be top of the table, 7 points ahead of Liverpool. Last time we played The Baggies, the 1-1 draw saw us fall 8 points behind Liverpool who were at the top of the table that week.

All of the media were at that time writing articles about City's 'decline', following the line from 'liverpool.com' (check it out on Google, an article by 'Oliver Connolly - staff writer'.. 'Is it too early to write off Man City as a title contender? And that's under the presumption something clicks for this 'iffy' City side..' and so on and so on, drone, drone, drone..)

As I wrote at the time, there's a long way to go with the season, any season.. anything can happen. We had lots of reasons then to be positive about the rest of 20/21. As we do right now. But we won't take anything for granted and we won't do our talking until the results are in. Take each game one at a time. Get everyone fit and match fit. Then see where it takes us.

They write clickbait. But they write Pep and this squad off at their peril.
