I agree totally that the pathetic, entitled rags, gutted at finishing in a lowly 2nd place, are dirtbags and I know our behaviour was down to despair rather entitlement but just to play Devil’s advocate.... so you weren’t one of the thousands who invaded the pitch during the Spurs QF new Platt Lane stand debacle ?

Every club has fans who overstep the mark on occasion.
I did, but I wasn’t wearing zebra pants. There’s a discernible difference.

The difference being there was a game on, fans already in the stadium, & no pandemic. What those knuckle-draggers did on Sunday is unprecedented...

Wonder if our final vs Chelsea will be tagged as the “money/oil final” or some similarly stupid name, or if those sentiments are only reserved for when we play PSG?

Chelsea seem to be immune to that sort of characterisation
Well City v PSG was dubbed El Cashico... :-|

The Oil Barons Ball.... I was hoping Real would pull off a miracle tonight, but Chelsea schooled them. Chelsea are by far the best team we've faced this year. Having said that we fielded what was essentially our B-Team. Saturday is gonna be mighty interesting!

Having two 'New Money' teams in the CL final is gonna enrage the establishment. This weeks' results will accelerate their desperation for the ESL 2.0. The Spanish giants are deeply in debt, & only Barca have a genuine Superstar left. They need money, & they need it fast. Cue Tebas & his bitter bile. :-|

This scenario was one of the reasons he gave as to why European football needed FFP. If anyone recalls, he said "God forbid we get a Champions League Final between Manchester City & Redbull Saltzburg."

It may have already been posted, but during our game against PSG yesterday the BBC app, on this side of the pond at least, didn’t have a direct link to the game on its main page. Instead, the lead Sport section story was Maureen going to Roma.

Agree with that

He states we are state owned and that we were banned for two years from the champions league, implying we were guilty, when we were cleared. Both wrong and he knows those statements are wrong. Neville on live TV said our owners were Abu Dhabi, implying a state owns us. They need to be stopped.

Sniff.

I LOVE that it highlights just how bitter, twisted, desperate and ignorant they are!

That said, we must have a few lawyers on the payroll, so why not use them, eh?!

Also, I don’t think you ever here of money or transfer fees from any of the commentators when Chelsea are playing. Be interesting to see if we’re singled out for a few comments during the final.

Difference in the commentary tonight in the Chelsea game from BT.

Our game - How can PSG beat City?
Chelsea game - How can Chelsea win it?
To be fair the answer to "How can City win it?" is obvious: by playing like Manchester City. Every match.

They must hate it.

I think it's fantastic.
