Main BBC Football page this morning has 'Is Messi on the decline' and a bit further down 'I made bad decisions during lockdown' by Kyle Walker.
Their jealousy and fear is laughably transparent.
Aah..the BBC..
Actually it was worse.yesterday when they first put the walker lockdown breaches 'article' up...they deliberately put it right next to marcus rashford Feeds the Country propoganda......
This Juxtaposition of two English manchester footballers off field activitoes...on the Football pages of the bbc..illustrate the power of the media .to influence our minds a certain way.utd is good City is bad.very bad.even if we have to drag up something that happened months ago to prove it.
They could of course just chosen to comment upon Walkers upgrade in form which has led to him being close to 50 caps for England,or remarked upon Rashfords inability to trap a bag of cement ,but that would be talking about football wouldnt,t it.....
The bbc ,we all agree on City..,are deceiptful, childish, snide and off point.
But.. some of us lap up everything else they say... on other matters as tho it was The Truth.

Hatchet job on Jorge Messi in The Athletic today.

I love him.

He's known his kid was going to be the best since he was 13.

It's funny, Adam Crafton clearly wrote it as a negative article, but it just paints a portrait of someone who, despite being a sheet metal worker by trade, has always destroyed Barcelona in negotiations, since the very first meeting.

There was one bizarre piece about father and son going into a UEFA event and Jorge was seen talking to Rod Stewart. This was spun as somehow being very negative as Jorge, by stopping to chat to Stewart, was deemed to be passing up a networking opportunity with UEFA bigwigs.

Yeah I think that was the dumbest thing in the whole article. Really showed the intent was basically to find anything bad people had to say about the Messi's and relay it, rather than actually question why Jorge Messi can't speak to Rod Stewart.

It's because he called Stewart a plastic rag **** and his lad will destroy his team single handedly in a City shirt.

Didn't Salty Silly Sally (covering all bases!) do the intro for Pep, if I recall correctly? Her gushing tone with Saint Marcus is a low but the bar ain't exactly high.

Dunno what is about BBC "sports" reporters but they all seem to be a bit shit and will always hate us in perpetuity. Rob Bonnet, Mihir Bose, Kevin Geary, real oxygen stealers. Barry Davies and his ilk seem to be from a different age.

On the plus side Salty Sall's much easier on the eye than Dan Twunt Roan. Theres probably more impartial reporting in Pravda than our national broadcaster.
