"What's gone wrong at City?" asks the hesdline to some awful video that i wont link here.

Weve played two fucking league games against top 7 clubs. We had no preseason. We have injuries and quarantined players. And weve played 2 fucking games!!!! Sorry. I have to start enjoying the hate...

I seem to remember a club that conceded 6 in a home game came within minutes of winning the premier League

Interview on BBC 10 O'clock news with Port Vale's owner, Carol Shananan, "yesterday Man City paid £65million for a player. That would run League 2 for a season".
Clearly she believes we are the only club who spends any money.
Had she turned on to the sky news at 10 she have realised the rags had just put a €100m bid in for one player

Thing is though mate, we got next to no praise whatsoever for our achievements..

What we got were snide comments about having to win the PL back to back to be considered a great team..

100 points in a season, no VAR assistance, unlike the dippers btw, not one iota of recognition..

The best season ever in English football, swept under the carpet..

Then we were told that we were disrespectful to Burton and Watford for having the audacity to score more that 3 goals against them..

No recognition for the wonderful football we played in beating one opponent who made the LC semi and a team who made the FA Cup final..

Winning all 4 domestic trophies, an achievement never been done before or since, not so much of a well done from the cnuts in the media..

What we got were the usual bollocks "look at the money they've spent", twats like Allardyce, Pulliis and Dyche gobbling off in the media saying that it's no big deal and given the same opportunity they'd achieve just the same..

The press desperate to get us convicted by UEFA along with the dippers, rags and the other cnuts writing to UEFA to get us banned for a minimum of 2 seasons from the Champions League..

Fkin ratboy laughing at us because we were losing, no impartiality shown and the commontator, Leslie joining in, the knob..

The dippers and rags get reffed differently, they also get commontated on differently..

I wish we'd stand up for ourselves more and reel some of these twats in..

The coverage our club gets acoss the board in all forms of the media is not f'kin acceptable..

I for one am sick to death of seeing. hearing and reading negative shit after negative shit about my club every day..

Unfortunately I can't do anything about it and neither can you..

City can though..!

.. and it's f'kin long overdue, get it sorted out City ..!
WELL SAID.

The two biggest supporter bases/set of c you next Tuesdays are our main rivals so it's natural for the media to rip into us at every opportunity to pander to the armchair masses who ultimately pay their wages. Liverpool getting more praise for finishing a point behind us than us for winning it was truly vomit-inducing.And the FA cup final coverage when we thrashed Isthmian League part-timers Watford was disgusting.

So we give the football league £65 million instead of strengthening the team with our own money and what do you think most of those clubs would do, use it in a responsible way to ensure the club's survival or splurge their share in offering even higher salaries and transfer fees to players they hope would get them promotion.

They need to get their own house in order before throwing bricks at us.

I get she was trying to make a point of the financial disparity between the PL and the rest of the leagues. I agree with her on the general point but it was oh so fucking lazy of her to chuck our name in to the comment as it reinforces the common myth to the uneducated majority that we are the biggest spenders and we, by association, are ruining the game and are a heartless, money-driven business that doesn't give two fucks if every club from Altrincham to York City goes to the wall.

Maybe PV superfan should sell off a wing of his LA mansion to help em out?

Turned on TV. 1st thing scrolling on sky sports was we have spent 400 million on defenders under Pep. Never seen how much Rags have spent or how much Chelsea have spent on keepers. Also why mention our 65 million by lower league owners. Rags just had a 91 million bid rejected and been higher fees paid

The annoying thing is this clueless woman won't have very much knowledge about what City have done for less fortunate clubs in the past but I doubt she is unaware of what condition Carrington was left in after the club's generous act towards Bury.
Vale have always seemed to be in one crisis or another for as long as I can remember and she isn't going to get sympathy off anyone in the PL by having a dig at any club.

There is one way to stop clubs from Leagues 1 and 2 and all the League's in the lower leagues out side the main 4 leagues from going bust That is to allow clubs from the Premier League to buy and control them. Yes this could throw up problems should they come up against a club they own.

All problems like this can easily be over come. All you have to do is put the ball back into the bag and draw another ball.

The 2022 prem winners will be decided by vote. And you will all tune in. And vote. And liverpool will win.

BBC Live reporting (covering all 4 matches tonight). Not a single update for the last 20 minutes of our game. Post at 20:20 when 0-2, next post 20:50 "Full time, City win 0-3". No post even for 3rd goal.
Too busy following United I suppose.
