I have said that very thing in some of the post match threads - although not today ;).

We're winning as a total squad, we have such a luxury of talent and Pep's job must be almost impossible at times telling players they're being left out.

On the other hand players must be thinking I cant make myself look a twat and argue my case coz this fucker Pep seems to know what hes doing !

Id say we are more Johnny Cash. Brilliant back in the day, a couple of dodgy decades that sullied our legacy before a triumphant return to greatness once we got backing from the right man

Even more than his original pop at City, his footballers should just get on with it and play games as normal annoyed the fuck out of me as he delivered that pearl of wisdom via zoom rather than in sky's studio during a paper review.

I just don't understand why that second sentence is necessary, nor would I expect it to be written for any team other than Man City. Maybe I'm wrong and I don't read enough reports about other teams.
