Yep. All they have to do is add a clear disclaimer to the results pages saying the scores are not the opinion of the BBC. The problem from my perspective is that they validate them by using the highest score to award a MOTM and then go on to do this "team of the year so far" nonsense where one would expect there to be some representation from the team leading the table by a substantial margin.
the problem with their team of the year is that City would put 5 or 6 past them

Dion seems like a decent bloke to me to be honest and he wasn’t biased to either side. No issues.

Dion seems like a decent bloke to me to be honest and he wasn’t biased to either side. No issues.
