It was a bit too nuanced for me.I love the carefully worded erudite conclusion.
Do we play them every day?Every time we play Liverpool I’m reminded of just how shit the Echo is
Yes, in their head.Do we play them every day?
Complete with zebra pants??How long do you think it will be before the media whip up some protests at Citys ground against our owners? Its bound to happen, just surprised they havent exploited that already.
Someone posted an excellent piece on Twitter recently about the whole United media obsession and why is so much time and space being given to United's issues when, over their whole history, their average finishing position in the top division is 9th and it's beyond foolish to assert that they (or any club) should always be challenging for titles or in the fight for the league all the time. No team in England has continually been at the top - there has always been ups and downs in the every clubs history. Basically United are currently above their normal league position (currently in 7th) and should be accorded the same amount of media space that goes with that. What was there new to discuss? Their result at the weekend was hardly a shock, and the rest of their season is meaningless. I know they always find something for them, but on this occasion I can’t see what!
Pssst, was does mendacious mean ?Good too see you posting mate, hope things are ok.
