This they do whilst impressing upon us the implicit notion that we are simply not hardworking, god-fearing or patriotic enough to be worthy of the opportunities and lifestyle enjoyed by our betters.

Well one piece I saw in the Mail started off with........The daily fail running an article on Haaland v Nunez, Haalands 51 million price tag mentioned within the first few lines,not a peep about Nunez's cost and so it goes on.

Scored a couple of great goals us and we were being asked for something like £1.5m for a permanent transfer, but we didn't have the fundsCorrect…We had him on loan from Espanyol, but Liverpool didn’t ‘beat us to his signature’. It was 2 & half years later that he signed for Liverpool. He was shit there as he was for us. I was so glad we didn’t sign him.
18 months or so later, Liverpool paid £5m
