"Third club now owned by a country"....

Aah, the view from the moral high ground of Merseyside. Pure as the driven snow, organic growth, never needed investment, everything paid for by the cheapest fan friendly tickets around (and the Coutinho money). Sponsored by companies with the highest corporate responsibility credentials, as long as you ignore the laundered $250billion of Iranian money and that the bank is pretty much owned by the Singapore government. Perhaps he’s panicking. Knows we were a level above a couple of weeks ago, got lucky then after not getting the points against a 10 man Chelsea a few games earlier and knows that his team is coming to the end of its cycle without the cash to get back up quickly again before Newcastle join the party in two years or so. Never mind Juergen, you could also ask Masters if he’d also be kind enough to ask the FSG what they do with Liverpool’s profits

Or perhaps he's a bit concerned that the container full of asthma inhalers is still stuck somewhere in Felixstowe docks.

Yes we did, but I thought you were questioning the players we missed out on, whether the lure of London had anything to do with that, I dont know
I'm not sure we missed out with him. Hazard was a very good player but seemed to me that he was more interested in what he could get out of the game rather than put in it.

Like the owner selling dodgy meat for school dinners, throwing players out of club houses when they couldn't play again etc ,etc?
That kind of humanity?
Yes. The rags are now twats at every level.

I think he’s a fantastic player who made a huge impact at Chelsea. I was also really impressed with how he came over in the City tv KDB made in Belgium programme

Odd that. I’m pretty sure ‘oil club’ was only in use for the last couple of years.
Thinking the same myself. And lve never heard of other City players saying that or rival players having a go in articles etc.
Seems Micah is becoming more of a clown as his media career progresses.
If writing for the Mail is progress.

I just listen to at most 1% of the punditry on tv, papers just bits on here and on other social media platforms, radio has become impossible aiming at a target audience who will believe anything.

Life is more peaceful without the above so I'm not too familiar with Micah's 'output', what I do see of him is is made up of quirky clothing at times and exaggerated laughing maybe, he should have a go an being a co-com?

Not true, in match reports it was always Oil Rich City, one of the many reasons why I stopped buying newspapers and I did that in 2012.

There was a version of Football Manager that referenced 'Oil Rich Man City' in their after-match reports as well, sure it was in 2014 version, I had 11, 14, 17 the latter might also mention it as well.
