Naah, its bollocks.
The Etisalat allegations were time-barred, so CAS didn't even look at them, just dismissed them. Meaning, basically, that the club shouldn't have been charged in the first place. So not guilty.
That said, most of the Etihad allegations weren't time-barred, were investigated by CAS and were all thrown out after the proper evidence was presented. It's a pretty good assumption that UEFA wouldn't have gotten very far with Etisalat either even if it wasn't time-barred. At least, it's a more realistic assumption than the claim we got away with the Etisalat allegations even though the much more serious Etihad allegations were thrown out,
So, relax. None of this "glass half empty" bollocks.
