Great post and conclusive proof that sky sports viewers have absolutely no football knowledge and/or can't put aside their bias to recognise the truth.

I think if that was a poll for worst summer transfers, it would be more believable.

Is there anything in the press/media about the lack of added time in the premier league ?

Just asking as in the world cup they got it right and fans got to see 90 minutes of football.
It came out pretty early that the Premier League wouldn't be adopting this unfortunately. Can't get the matchday paying public actually getting their money's worth now can we?

We would. But lets be honest, if they had signed Grealish for £100m we would all be in hysterics.
We would be witnessing the mental gymnastics by all and sundry in the press and across social media explaining why he is in fact worth every penny.

I don’t think we help ourselves though when we jump on the he is shit bandwagon with regards to our own players.

I agree. I never even remotely indicated that I thought he was shit. But I think we have to be honest with ourselves regarding Jack. I honestly love him to bits. I really do. But for me, as yet, he hasn't nearly justified his record fee price tag. As I say, if the rags or the scousers had spunked £100m on him we would think it was hilarious and react like we do regarding Nunez.

Not when it would suit us down to the ground and negate the negative tactics of inferior teams. No chance!

He was never worth £100m, I think everybody recognised that but the club decided to take the plunge anyway. I didn’t think it was necessarily the right thing to do at the time, however the decision was made and they did it. Both City and Jack are being ridiculed for the fee, which isn’t his fault and he has by no means been disastrous as is being suggested by some, City supporters need to get off his back.
However whilst we’re being ridiculed for his signing, Liverpool’s shills in the press are desperately trying to convince everybody that Nunez is a good signing despite his finishing ability currently being terrible. He may well go on to be a terrific player but the evidence at the moment suggests not.
The difference between the two is that Jack has got half of City’s fanbase on his case whereas Nunez has got the majority of Liverpool’s on his side.
