And the media made nought of it!?
The media all followed up the distorted story they had been fed which essentially claimed City had been caught "bang to rights" and UEFA was going to throw the book at us. In fact it was a tissue of lies which was designed purely to smear us. The court documents from CAS subsequently made it clear there was no evidence of any wrongdoing. I wonder how the UEFA investigation into the leak is going!

Interesting that Pep has called out the 9 clubs again. Clearly (and rightly) still a massive sore point with City behind the scenes.

I know it won't happen but we really should have a banner at the ground listing the clubs involved. Might be seen as petty but the situation was completely unprecedented ... 9 PL clubs officially trying to ensure another PL club was banned from Europe. WTAF?? A few hundred million pounds of "white" spending later and it's all brushed under the carpet.

Arsenal
Burnley
Chelsea
Leicester
Liverpool
Manchester United
Newcastle
Tottenham
Wolverhampton
NEVER FORGET
Wolverhampton and Noocasell from last list, tut tut!

Arsenal - gone quiet now spending and doing well.

Burnley - relegated but see above thanks to a City legend.

Chelsea - nothing to be said £££££

Leicester - dubious investment and ownership.

Liverpool - Tried every trick, failed and now for sale to ANYBODY.

Manchester United - see above with bells on.

Newcastle - "Oh it's all gone quiet on the Tyne"

Tottenham - No dog in any fight, shut up.

Wolverhampton - wtaf.

We should've said at the time, "we won't buy or sell our players to these 9 clubs" and set the cat amongst the pigeons, which would be manna from heavens for the redtop media.

I love Pep. Mancini's confrontational streak, but smarter.

Sarcasm and spite, all wrapped up in big fuck you, with blue and white ribbons.

Never change.

Pep may not be perfect but he is clever in so many ways.

When you watch his pressers, there's no doubt who the smartest guy in the room is, and he knows it.

Did she say that, blimey they don’t need to say in code anymore

Might as well added after City…owned by brown skinned Moslems who have been ruining football forever.

Like I said at the time, the CAS hearing started at 9.30am and was over before 9.45am that same day. The rest of that day and the following day was just padding. Every accusation thrown at City was rebuffed by CAS. City were given a token fine for not cooperating with clubs and individuals, stand up Parry, who were leaking everything to the media, which was ridiculous and seen as a sop to the clubs haranguing City. As others have said, never forget.
