He will be on £70k a year tops - even a sports ed would be lucky to be pushing £250k a year these days.
I know guys at The Sun on £30k a year and get a fancy digital editor title.
Those salaries don't exist, outside of for someone like Martin Samuel, who is closer to £700k a year after his move to the Times.
What about the side hustles from Rags, Dippers, UEFA etc
