That’s the problem in such a competitive league fans of the old cartel clubs are not going to congratulate us, most of them only started following their red shirt club because they were winning everything at the time, now what have they got? First game I ever went to was against Wolves on the opening day of the season. We lost 0-2, and I was hooked for life. There's no such thing as a "lesser" club, whichever club you support is the biggest and best club in the world!

A few have quoted me on 'lesser club', to be honest I think I worded it wrong. I certainly don't think us to be inferior or anything, maybe less successful, less fashionable, less supported, less interest, mainly in the eyes of the media.

Loved hearing all the whining red club fans today who desperately wanted you to lose last night and dread you winning the treble. I think many of the rest of us are behind you, more so than we would be for the red teams who most of the rest of us don't back!
