Have you failed to see how all this lunacy has turned out? People being judged and sacked by the shrieking banshee juries on social media for expressing the wrong opinion.People afraid to express an honest opinion in case it offends where no offence was intended and people who expect anyone who offends them to lose their jobs and be prevented from ever finding employment again?

Of course racism or hate towards others is wrong and Sinclair's tweet was ignorance rather than racism, but I wonder how many of those who posted utterly sickening messages about the Queen will be facing the sack and these are people who had the benefit of a far better education than Sinclair.
Anyway, I would rather be talking about how the pl and government intend to reimburse every fan who has lost money because of their cowardly and unnecessary cancellation of the league programme.
Why is it cowardly ? My regret is for those fans who have paid hundreds if not thousands of pounds to travel to see premier and EFL games this weekend and not have the chance for re inbursement. Otherwise, I don't see a problem in cancelling the weekends games. Alot of people who already have a distaste with football because of the amount of money in the game will have a little more respect for it because of the decision with not only football but other sports too. I just feel it wouldn't be right people jumping up and down with joy when the country is in shock and mourning. Besides we still have a big game Wednesday.

Someone needs to put this prick out of his self pitying misery. He knows long term La Liga is fucked, absolutely crippled with debt. The premier league isn't sustainable I think we all agree with that, but it's far more healthy than Tebas's shite league
All under Teabags watch as well, he's been in charge for a decade next April.

Yet again the Mail carries Tebas's quotes without the context of his political and financial background. The story presents his comments as facts with no balance. As usual Tebas attacks City's spending but, of course, we are nowhere near the biggest spenders in the last few years and are financially stable. In fact Real Madrid and Barca still spent more than us despite being billions in debt. None of this is mentioned in the story. It is the sort of shite we expect from the English media which nowadays must be amongst the worst in the world. The story is distorted to give a false version of events. The comments on the bottom of the story suggest that some morons actually believe this poisonous content. That's the problem. This poison is spreading and damaging our society.
The Mail reported that a cloud looked like queenie yesterday....so the above shit is of no surprise

I'm wondering if this weekend's programme was cancelled because the PL didn't trust the scousers to respect any silence before the game.
And others tbf...i live in London now... and like me there a 1000's of republican football fans..just takes one to be an idiot and disrespectful. Its sad that footballs singled out. Class system at work. For all tge royalist on here..this IS what the establishment thinks of all of us fans.. ditch them..viva the revolution !

It's cowardly because the government passed it on to the sports ruling bodies. The pl then decided that a certain fan base could not be trusted to act like decent human beings and respect the silence. Anyone present at the City game when they disrupted the minutes silence for George Best would know what a set of despicable low life scum some Liverpool supporters are. They pl and fa are quite happy to ignore our country's anthem being booed by those feral rats at any other time but have no wish to let the country realise at last that they have been sympathizing with people who have no intention of treating others with the same consideration. They are cowards and deserve all our contempt for preventing fans from showing their respect.

It's nothing more than click bait. Tribal rivalries ensure the vitriol in comments because they want to believe it's true

But its Ok for Rugby followers (both codes), Cricket fans and Racegoers to jump up and down though?
