No coincidence that Barca are set to announce more huge negative financial news this week. 1.3 billion in debt, borrowing against future revenues and a half empty stadium now that Messi has gone. As you say, they're up shit creek and are trying to push the 'state owned' narrative to aid their super league agenda (by brainwashing other owners), which is the only real way they can survive. Unless of course the government bail them out.I see that fat **** Laporta is out having digs directed towards state clubs again. City not directly named but you can guess he is pointing the finger at us and PSG. Barca cant compete and it was the fault of said state clubs that the previous board had to spend so much money.
Angling for the super league again. Might be time we cut this cosy relationship. It seems very 1 sided. Any club that fucks up financially can blame these made up state clubs. The dirty world of football is not going away.
The cartel are plotting as we enjoy sublime football each week. The Americanisation of the premier is inching closer.
