I thought that Sky's coverage of the Liverpool-United game yesterday was a total and utter disgrace. It has basically descended into a fan channel whenever those two teams play. Carragher and Neville displayed a shocking lack of professionalism throughout and after the game. No other pundits are given free reign to be so partisan when covering the teams they support. Their hysterical reactions to everything were an embarrassment.

And ex city players are told to tone it down! It’s a joke if they going down that route they should bring back fan commentating that once they had and only got rid of it because no fucker was listening to the main commentators

The front page of the sports section of the DT this morning had a headline 'The circus is back in town!" I'm not reading the article so I just assume that 'the circus' is the Dippers as they have a bare-chested Salah in the graphic (did he get booked?), and Klippity is the nearest German to Charlie Cairoli. And besides, the Rags turned the game into a pantomime. Funnily enough, I've never been fond of circuses nor pantomimes.
It's a Roy Keane quote about United.

Absolute joke of a channel. Gave up watching it years ago. If for any reason I have it watch any of our games on it I watch them on mute and only turn it up when we score to hear their pain.

The famous scouse humour reared it’s head as the 2nd half goals flew in, a chant of “are you watching Manchester” a cheap dig at their arch rivals City, was clearly heard coming from the Kop
I was watching and wondering how Klopp's hoofers managed to raise their energy levels to such a degree after their recent performances. After sucking the ball into their own goal for most of the season, the Anfield formation brick throwers seem to have found the right goal in this occasion.

If those two holes of the same arse were playing in my garden I’d shut the curtains.

How’re i did watch the post match argument twixt Souness and the specialist in failure rat boy.

Souness played the **** like an adult with a toddler, proper shithousery. Rat boy couldn’t cope and sulked like a dumped girl !!

But as enjoyable as that was, it was excruciating to listen to that vile spitting fan boy Carragher screeching, crowing and frothing his scouse mouth off.

Holes of the same baboons arse.

From F365:

"Merson feels Man Utd will dampen Liverpool’s top four hopes and win 2-1 at Anfield."

Just in case anyone was in any danger of confusing Merson with a serious pundit.

Why is that unserious?

Loads of people expected United to win yesterday pre-match. I think the bookies just edged Liverpool and the lowest odds was a 2-1 to Liverpool, so predicting it to go 1 goal the other way was not ridiculous given the form of the 2 sides.

on Espn the English host was wittering on about Liverpool winning the 'derby', I think it was Stevie Nichol who told him it was a rivalry, not a derby.

The BT Sport 'Score' studio were also a disgrace on saturday. The presenter Jules Breach was practically begging for Arsenal to score, and when the inevitably did well over the allotted injury time, pretty much the whole studio were arms in the air cheering, especially that c*nt Sutton. It was like they'd won the league, not scraped a late winner at home to bottom of the league Brighton.

Our sports media in this country are shocking; not an ounce of integrity or objectivity amongst them. And as for neutrality...

He has also stated that if Arsenal win the next 3 league games they'll win the title.

The bloke is a loose cannon.
