When Captain Rodent fluffed a diving header in the first half his relative Gaz Chuckle provided the narrative to the replay of his pathetic miss.
Words along the lines of “ great diving header which clearly beats Allison but unfortunately goes just wide.”
The truth - it was a terrible header and it beat Allison because it was wide. The replay clearly shows the keeper had his far post well covered.

the social meeja brigade love this childish exchange, they call it ''bants'' or ''shit housery'' i believe...we get the meeja we deserve ..unfortunately. It would be good to run a proper football show that's not tribal and has proper insight to marvel at the genuinely good play we see quite a bit in the prem...and critique a lot of the crap that is still rolled out week in week out by all teams at different points in a game.

Ian Ladyman gushingly writes “Liverpool and Man City have set the standards in the last decade”. I’m surprised we got a mention.

Here we go again with this nonsense. Haven’t Chelsea won more than the dippers in the last decade ? Certainly Leicester have won almost as much.

One team has set the standards, revolutionised the way the game is played and dominated the trophy haul in the last decade and the dippers are just one of a number of clubs trailing in our wake

Might have been on the commentary yesterday, but someone claimed Van dyke and Varane were by far the best centre backs in the premier league, Van dyke looked garbage in the first half and Varane looked like he was playing with two broken legs.

TBF there was a lot of "clown defending" going on, and the ref and var achieved great levels of mental "gymnastics" to not send any rags off.

This has just been on sky sports news and then they played the clip from this morning of Dermot Gallagher refusing to acknowledge jonny spare teeth did anything wrong, in fact he blamed the linesman for putting his hands on the red prick and said goofy reacted like he was swatting away a fly.

There you go.

More commonly known as cheating! It's just laughable that the RDAHMeedya have so much to say about our alleged financial cheating, when the paying public are cheated at every football match by the people arbitrating the game.
