Club trained- out there.
Sturridge
Ireland
Trippier
Kasper
Others?
A couple of keepers, Westwood and Hennessey and we could possibly try to take back Joan Roman and Denis Suarez from Barca but it would be difficult. Abdul Razak's career seems to have stalled and is a free agent, Vladi Weiss is now playing in Qatar, Hallam Hope is doing pretty well at Bury, BWP is playing in the U.S. and Onuoha and SWP are still going strong at QPR but there's really not that much quality out there tbh. Better sicking with the young lads in all honesty.
Hallam Hope came through Everton's academy
He was at City before Everton.

Annoying thing is we might end up keeping someone like Rekik when its much better for his development to be playing week in week out on loan again.

From the looks we're going to have to tell a few of our senior players that they won't be playing in the champions league this season.

And I fully expect anyone told that to be looking for a new club this summer.

It's a complicated process and someone at the club must have a solid idea on this. It doesn't fit that we release a load of English players and then bring in foreign players whilst operating under this requirement. That seems odd. But at the same point what is the benefit in having crocked English players when you could rely on academy players who may well step up. Difficult. Rodwell and Richards are both worth loaning out for some first team opportunities. Rodwell is extremely talented and like Ramsay needs to get some first team action and gain confidence to reach his potential. In my opinion he can still make it at the top level but the club know his injury issues better than I do.

Makes sense seeing as he's from Cheadle

City's Champions League hopes next season have been given a boost after Uefa relaxed the terms of their squad restriction.

The Blues will only be able to name a 21-man squad for next season’s competition rather than the usual 25, as part of their punishment for breaches of financial fair play rules.

That led to fears that they would have to meet the strict criteria of including eight home-grown players in the squad.

That would have meant they could only include 13 foreign stars, and with 14 already on their books, and three more expected this summer, it would have left manager Manuel Pellegrini with a major headache.

Uefa have refused to reveal the detail of the make-up of the reduced squad and City say they have been instructed to stay tight-lipped.

But M.E.N. Sport understands that the Blues squeezed a concession out of Uefa and will be allowed 16 ‘free’ players and just five ‘home-grown’.

It explains why City have not made efforts to keep out-of-contract English players Joleon Lescott and Gareth Barry, while Micah Richards, Jack Rodwell and Scott Sinclair will leave.
