I'm a Roma fan (but I like Man City too,obviously), I'm not sure if you've said it or not, as I don't want to read the whole thread, but there are voices of us signing Cuadrado, IF that's true, considering his price, then Benatia is going to be a Man City player, 'cause we need the money
But if we're truly signing Eto'o, and he'll be the only one we'll buy as an attacking player, then I'm not sure anymore
Anyway we don't really know if Benatia would do anything to join Man City or if it's just newspapers saying that,it will be a long long summer,that's for sure

I still think we will end up with Benatia.

I recall an article some time ago where Pellers supposedly wanted Fernando, Caballero and Benatia. I also think that Benatia is the right age, and he appears to be desperate to join the club. Also Txiki likes signing players in their mid to late 20's and this then allows time for the Rekik's and the excellent EDS defenders to develop.

To challenge in the Champions League I think we need the finished product rather than the rough diamond. So I hope we sign him rather than Mangala.

Could be someone else who gives you the money if not City, though. Like Chelsea, United or Bayern. The way I see it is Mangala and Benatia will probably be at new clubs next season - but only one of them at City.
 
Bayern Monaco need a CB badly, I don't know who but they really need him, Dante is just embarassing at any level, United and Barcellona are good options too but I reckon they won't spend that sum, maybe Chelsea.

Rumours are saying BM is contemplating a €40m offer, let's see what happens.

Meanwhile we offered €22m for Yarmolenko which may be enough to seal the deal, considering his contract expires this year (2015) and he's valued 25.

Benatia is the only first team player there, along with other youngsters.

@footballitalia Jesus...he's training alone because nobody is at Trigoria!!! Only him and a few youngsters are there. Wow.

There are only a few players at Trigoria. Benatia is only first team player there. He's not training "alone". Such reporting, Gazzetta.

Excellent, a player who's willing to essentially go on strike only a year after signing. Can't see any problems here at all. Could be a perfect Yaya replacement
