Got him to swerve out of the way of some debris on the Mway as he was riding right up my arse, yes. Did he die? No. Was I speeding? No. Has that got anything to do with CMW contributing to the death of 2 people? No.

If I remember rightly, you said you were speeding at the time and you tried to shit him up by deliberately getting him to swerve, while doing about 100 MPH.

I'd say you're intentions were a lot more sinister than Courtney's and makes your high ground taking a bit laughable.

This is not Mancini's fault.

If he can't predict that someone is going to commit a crime at some point in the future and get rid before it happens, he's clearly not up to the job.

I'd suggest Dr. Sam Beckett as his replacement.

Serious question, if he'd have died and the guys in the car had survived would the driver of the other car have been done for Death for Dangerous driving for pulling out?

No. Because his excessive speed trumps the actions of the other driver. Had he been driving within the speed limit, the accident wouldn't have been anywhere near as serious and no one would have died, so the blame lies squarely with him.

He didnt get found guilty till a few months after to be fair. Innocent till proven guilty and that

Yep. Another one to have compared it to would have been the kids who put on Twitter they were going to riot in Northwich, a silly stunt that got them 3 years in prison. That's 3 years for sending a tweet. I think Lee Hughes only served 3 years of his 6 year stretch for killing someone whilst high as a kite, and legging it from the scene.

What happened was a terrible tragedy. Just out of interest who on here has never broken the speed limit?. I did a speed awarness course a couple of years back and if there is one thing i took from it was when we informed from the staff that they do a visit once a month to Strangeways and the amount of people who are in prison for causing death by dangerous driving were just like you and me who made a fatal error of judgement
