Don't know why City fans are so bitter. Most City fans leaving the game took the defeat and said fair do's and just kept quiet. Considering 1 of your players cost more than our whole team, you should be finishing above us.

To be fair, it's you lot that are bitter. Your opinion of City changed the day we got rich. You're jealous and bitter and treat games against us as a cup final. Well I'm happy for you to beat us twice a year because lets face it son, we'll be finishing above you anyway. Cheers

I've got a few good contacts at City and United. So in the past, I've wanted to break a couple of things I've heard. As I was just doing this as replies, the mods contacted me to give me these permissions so I could create threads.

we are lucky enough to have an owner with vast resources. we dont see this as a problem as you obviously do.

having money enables us to cherry pick players from other clubs, unfortunately for everton most clubs have more money than you at the moment, so now you have become one of the feeder clubs of the premiership.

just when you have a player that you think you can turn into a star, whooooosh, a bigger club take him from under your nose. e.g. rooney, lescott, i`m sure you can add the rest of the names.

it may be upsetting and it may not be fair but hey that`s life. dont be bitter about it, it will only eat you up.

Can't believe how quiet that lot were until they scored, quite embarrassing though they can make a racket when they can be arsed.

I don't really get all the resentment Evertonians have towards City, you can almost taste the bitterness from most of them. You would think they would understand why we are happy with our position, regardless of money spent with a team picking up trophies for fun being our closest rivals. Hypocrites, crying out for an investor yet bemoaning investors at others clubs.

Definitely only left for the money, not like we are in a cup final and are on the verge of qualifying for the champions league or anything...

Everton fans can powershuffle over this result all summer if they want. We're in the FA cup final and are almost in the champions league. Everton are 7th going nowhere.
