or

Value-for-money, I would say he is better than Messi at £100m.

I would say messi would be quite a steal at 100 million,

Love Tevez as much as the next City fan but Messi.... OMG he is a class above anyone else out there at present, he is the best in the world without a doubt. £100m though? Hell yeh now go and get him City ;0)
