for all those travelling with kids - a family ticket allows different permutations with a max of 2 adults and 3 kids to travel - (although 2 adults can travel as long as accompanied by just 1 child)

Family ticket prices

East Didsbury to Etihad Stadium - £6.70 return (Opens in 2 weeks)

Bury to Etihad Stadium - £6.70 return

Piccadilly to Etihad stadium - £4:00 return

Unfortunately if you're at Piccadilly you can only buy family ticket from the machines and not the mobile ticket fellas...... but its no biggy just an additional couple of minutes

They do special prices on a Sunday and think there's about a £1 off this. I know from Prestwich it's £5.50.

I'd normally drive from Bury, but decided when I heard about the Metrolink tickets to get it.

Means I can have a few bevvies this way on a Matchday.

I drive from Bury and it takes 30 minutes from front door to turnstile (without paying to park) so I'm afraid the Tram is too costly and time consuming for me.Mind you if I wanted to have a few beers I can see the attraction

Might get one when I'm an old man.

Until then I'll cycle to the ground, just like I've been doing since 1967.

I've cycled to Eastlands before, would do so now if my bike hadn't of been stolen :(

That's bad news. Tell me more.

Went on the Tram for Victoria to the Ground for the 1st time on Sunday, and fk me i could have walked quicker than it took the tram!
