couple of things spring to mind
1) hundreds of leeds fans getting on the trams at victoria ( the droylsden line goes to bury)
2) will ticketless fans be allowed to jump on the tram for a free ride back into town after the game?
surely some metrolink staff should be on hand to supervise this situation.
3) next season , put in a "tram package" with season tickets

i come down on the oldham line and currently get off at monsall, it's a half hour walk, so if going into town and changing trams gets me there in less time and dry, happy days.

I watched the Piccadilly to Droylsden in 5 minutes video - I think some car and lorry drivers will learn the hard way how long it takes a tram to stop.

Won't be long before the Rochdale stretch is done! Matchday - Littleborough to Rochdale on the bus, Rochdale to Oldham on the tram, Oldham to Victoria on the tram, Victoria to Piccadilly on the tram, and whoopee, Piccadilly to Sports City! Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaah. Actually, I think I'll fuck that off an' come in the car!
