What has happened with midfielder Micah Hamilton?

Showed a lot of potential in his short time with City U18’s and EDS teams looked to be on a steep development trajectory. Last played for any of these sides in February 2022, almost 12 months ago. His last appearance he came on for EDS side and made a big impact assisting Mcatee goal and scoring himself in a 5-0 win.

Can only assume he must have an injury which he is finding difficult to shake off. Hopefully back soon on a pitch showing he still has the potential to be a top player.

Very nice goal and a good performance all round today. Belongs in the senior squad.

Nice debut but let's not get too carried away but enjoy the moment for the lad.

I have never seen him before, but is he always that good? If so, he should be involved with the first team week in and week out.
He’s one of very many good EDS players. Relative to the rest of the youth setup he isn’t even considered *that* special, and I dont mean that as a bad thing at all. To be in and around the first team he’s obviously a very talented player, but I think there are numerous EDS players we could expect similar performances from as Hamilton tonight. I also think the likes of McAtee, Palmer and Bobb always has been considered bigger talents than Hamilton, and again I don’t mean that as a bad thing at all. You can still have a damn good career even if you’re not quite in that category

It says a lot about the quality of the academy when a player pretty much no one would predict getting first team minutes this season, can walk directly into the team and not look out of place at all. A goal and won us the winning penalty

He’s been very unlucky with injuries in the last year or so, not played a lot of football. Looked great for the U18’s but as injuries picked up I was afraid his chances were getting razor thin. He must obviously have done a lot right in first team training and was easily one of our best players tonight. Was surprised but also very happy to see him start

Sometimes the player that being under radar in their youth tend to have a bigger career later on, Hopefully Hamilton is that player.

We will see.
