Good. He simply isn't good enough. He thinks he's much better than he is and thinks he has an automatic place in the team. Now to be sounding off because he's left out....bloody spoilt kid. I don't remember hearing Zabby sounding off when he couldn't get in the squad, he just kept his head down and worked hard for his chance. richards is just an overhyped kid with average talent and no real desire. Time to get rid in January...

I personally don't believe a word of this article.
Micah is a part of the team with a good future. I think he needs to pull his shit together a bit more sometimes but overall I think he can make the grade at the top level. The problem he has it that he isn't really realizing his potential at the moment and is feeling the pressure imo.
He needs to work hard on a few areas of his game, train hard, play well and learn from the experience.
