He was my preferred pick for RB in title winning season but boy had he regressed, he's miles behind Zab now.
If any coach is worth their salt, and I believe Manuel is, Richards performances can be improved, simply by Manuel and co having a look at things and assisting Micah improving in areas where he is deficient.
That is Why imo, Mourinho likes players that are match ready, because he's a poor coach

Lost mobility and pace. Dives every five minutes. Doesn't have tactical knowledge of when to overlap and when to leave the space for Navas. Gutted because he's blue through and through but think now may be the time for him to move on. Hopefully he'll stay and prove me wrong but I just can't see it at the minute.

Sad, He really had promise when he started. Just had never lived up to it. If he doesn't play well in matches like this

Worse thing he ever did was go and play for Team GB in the Olympics made worse by his injury loosing a proper pre-season then getting a bad injury when he did return He's never been the best footballer but is badly shown up this season and might be best for all if he moves on doubt he will get a new contract
