Wasn't there a story a few years ago that one of Mr Le Vells family won a large amount on the lottery,(alledgely)if I remember correctly...just a thought,money can sometimes divide families...

it was his niece, about about 1996, it was not long after the lottery started. Nowt to do with this i would think.

We went for Christmas dinner once at the Hilton and Le Vell was there with his lottery winning niece giving it the big time charlie. He was gutted and looked over angrily at us because we had gone in early and picked the best table in the house that apparently he'd "reserved" with one of the waitresses. Good job he didn't say anything to us personally, he might have had a bit of a problem on his hands.
