I actually believe he's probably innocent but his mates making up half assed alibis have done him no favours and is probably why he will remain in prison till next year. Whilst knowing lie detectors aren't infallable I'm prepared to give the benefit of the doubt to someone who has passed one.

There are far too many inconsistencies. The "friends" going to his room at 3am reaks of people that really have no idea trying to give him an alibi.

Bollocks, 4 years for giving someone brain damage. Mr Georgiev suffered significant brain damage which will affect him for the rest of his life. 15 years is a proper sentence that the British courts should take note.

You are comparing this to the farce that is the British Judicial system.
