micheal johnson

I would put a picture of his current waste of space state in a frame and hang it in Platt Lane as a guidence and warning to the young lads on how to conduct yourself at this club.

Even if he gets himself sorted i can't see him getting in our side, he can be a useful player though and we just gotta hope he gets himself sorted as it's not nice to see a footballer go awol especially so young. This is a big season for him, he needs to get fit and back involved again, if he carries on getting pissed most nights in 42nd street which i myself have seen plenty of times as the rumours about this aren't bullshit then that would of been two years this club has been paying him £35k a week to not play football and get pissed.

We do bring through some controversial footballers aswell.

Dickson Etuhu - Greedy big headed twat
Tyrone Mears - Does the dirty on Derby to go on trial at Marseille
Joey Barton - ...........
Bradley Wright Phillips - Purse thief
Stevie Ireland - Granny gate
Micah Richards - spit roaster and arrested and the bailed for assualt
Ishamel Miller - spit roaster
Michael Johnson - pisshead
Danny Sturidge - Greedy big headed silly boy

Haha, ive noticed this as well. I thank god for stevie ireland as he is the perfect role model of what it takes and the dedication needed to become a success at city. An example of dedicating himself to his profession and he is deserving of our praise and adulation.

Heres some quotes from a recent jonno article, hopefully he can turn the corner as i think he could have a future with us and maybe even england.

Yet, it seems reports of Johnson's demise have been somewhat exaggerated. Not only are his injuries being contained, he is not far off a return to action.

A few pounds still need to be shed but when pre-season starts next weekend, Johnson expects to play a full part.

"Going from playing every week to being out of the side so suddenly has been soul-destroying," he said.

"I have had to try and stay focused and keep calm, even though it has been tough at times.

"It is such an exciting time to be at Manchester City and I have not been able to be part of it. It is very frustrating.

"But I can see the light at the end of the tunnel now because I am confident we have got to the root of the problem.

"I have been working really hard and hopefully now I can remain injury-free.

"There are so many high-quality players at the club now, you simply cannot afford to be injured."

saw micheal tonight for the first time tonight at a indian place in manchester called east is east, yes he did have a drink but that is perfectly ok looked like he had been there for a while, but was completly sobre, he now has a shaved head(very very short) and statements about him being fat are laughable, he just looked average, with a bit of training thie lil bit of supposed fat will be gone. have hope.

Gotta admit that's pretty funny

I've slated Johnno but I don't think there's really any point now, it's make or break time for him he can't have another season like last year and I hope he can stay injury free and turn things around.

A question i'd like to ask other Blues...

Beyond the immature bollocks like 'he looks dead fat, huh huh' (he's been unable to train for nine months), or 'my mates mates mate saw him pissed up in Tiger Lounge' or whatever shitty bars the kids go in nowadays, how many people have actually seen him WITH THEIR OWN EYES regularly outrageously drunk anywhere? Not a case of your pal saying he has, or colleague, or anyone else's word you might trust. How many times have YOU yourself seen him in a spot of bother?

The answer, of course, will be none, and in the case that he's occasionally chosen to go out and socialise, something which he's well within his rights to do, how many times have we seen photographs or heard stories of Elano, Richards, Jo, Robinho, several others, out, relaxing and having a few drinks? Many.

Show the lad a bit of support, ffs. If he's injured and low then he'll need all the support he can get. If there's any truth to the more scurrilous rumours then we owe him even more support.

Thankyou, been waiting for a common sense view for a while now.

Whispers and rumours on this forum get ridiculous from time to time with people giving it the 'my mates said' or 'my mate saw', there's nothing wrong with Mike, he's getting back to fitness after a turbulent year watching on as people take his place, a bit of support for one of our own is not too much to ask is it.
