Who signed the contract off? Which particular person?

Not a dept or an organisation subcontracted out to perform the task but an actual person.

A civil servant who received a bribe?

Or a civil servant who was under undue pressure from a politician who was paid a bribe?

They're guilty. It's as clear as day. They are behaving exactly how rich and entitled criminals behave.

They lied about their involvement until the criminal investigation started and now they have begun countermeasures.

They commissioned and produced their own documentary programme to reset the narrative.

If they had cut a deal with the government to pay back some of the money for defective equipment and have been honest about their ownership of the company, the NCA investigation would have probably been halted.

Laura Kuenssberg, I would suggest has also seen right through them and wants this to be her own "Prince Andrew" interview.

Whoever it was needs to be prosecuted as well as those further down the levels, which particular politician oversaw the money being dished out?

Let's start there please (No hearings just courts of law) and get everyone involved in front of the beak.

As this isn't in the Politics Section..

What crime has she committed? Bearing in mind corruption seems to be acceptable under this government.
With holding information when she's obliged to make any declarations of interests in the Lords.

Lying to obtain monies from the taxpayer, saying she had no relationship with the Company she was lobbying Government ministers for.

Two without even thinking about it plus the fact he does not appear to have any association with the organisation yet he runs the Business.

The £60m clear PROFIT that they have personally benefited from should be taken back.... and all this for the majority of stock that wasn't fit for purpose....
