As bad as Israel have been I was hoping that at least it would make Hamas and their voters think twice before commiting stupid hate filled atrocities like that again.

I've challenged him on the source of that quote. It's not what Mohammed Nazal told Reuters (see post above). It may just be Israeli propaganda on X.
 
Personally I think most of us posting on here were we Palestinians in Gaza would have a lot of enmity for what the Israelis have done to Palestinians since 1948.

On the other hand were we Israelis I reckon we'd have quite a lot of sympathy for Palestinians despite the regular rocket attacks etc. We'd understand why they do it.

Because we are reasonable folk. The fact that large chunks of Israelis don't feel any sympathy but actually hate Palestinians is a stain on the society.

Psychologically speaking I think they know they are the occupiers and subconsciously hate Palestinians because they are real, as in real Middle Easterners.

There is NO equivalence whatsoever between IDF Nazis shooting live rounds at children and parental responsibility.

They tell them to stay in schools but the IDF have destroyed them all.

Imagine the French resistance who instead of being occupied by Nazis for 3 or 4 years were occupied for 70 years and you could understand why the Palestinians have so many people willing to have a go at their occupiers. Nobody in the UK has any idea of the depredations and degradations suffered by the Palestinian people. So what if they don't follow Queensbury rules all the time, you can at least perhaps understand why.
