Hamas leader Osama Hamdan has, in a interview with Swedish TV broadcast today, denied responsibility for the attacks on 7 October - it was people who belonged to Hamas, not Hamas.

Seriously, what is it that he's "denying responsibility" for? The actual incursion, or the atrocities against civilians? And - trying to be hopeful - is he trying to distance himself from the Hamas that says it would do the same again?
