Middle East Conflict

If you really think he meant not to say "not", if you really think Braverman as a lawyer thinks he meant that, I don't think you're keeping an open mind.
Eh does that come in English? So you think he means “we must normalise massacres”?

I think that’s what he meant to say. What he said doesn’t otherwise really make sense.
Depends on what massacres he’s talking about. I must admit I believed (if he said the line as intended) that he was talking about the massacre of Israeli civilians that kicked this whole thing off.

If he meant “we must NOT normalise massacres” and he’s talking about the IDF attacking Gaza then I agree with him.

It's entirely possible he could mean both.

Right I’m trying to keep an open mind here. He does say “we must normalise massacres as the status quo” doesn’t he?

I’m trying to listen for a “not” or “mustn’t” but I can’t hear one.

If I’ve got this right then how has he not broken the law in this clip?

It should be obvious to everyone that he meant musn't. Advocating a normalisation of genocide would make little sense when it's currently his people being slaughtered.
