Middle East Conflict

Posting on English forums is like driving a spaceship roaming in space. Some topics may seem like they can be commented on, but they are like black holes, the only result is to be sucked into them. Definitions, logic, examples, when these elements mesh with each other like gears, all seemingly free debate leads to only one conclusion.
that's a thinker

Ah ok. You are comparing the Hamas to the french resistence? And germany to Isreal. No wonder you guys get so angry at each other.

The french resistence were never know for butchering civilians and broadcasting it to stoke up tensions
Germany was a nazi empire intent on taking over the world and killing ethnic groups. Isreal are clearly just killing people in revenge whilst they try to take major revenge on Hamas.

Its a shit show, you support the hamas guys I suppose? The terrorists? ~(By support I mean attacking the other side but not wholeheartedly condemn what your own side are doing).. I aint having a go, there's people here who support Isreal killing thousands of unnarmed innocents. How you guy can take sides when its clearly disgusting what both sides are doing is beyond me. As if you are better! LOL
I've no idea how you get from your obviously false assertion to all that.

OK if you prefer let's use the European conquest of the Americas. The indigenous peoples had every right to defend their land and property.
They were always depicted as being barbaric savages. That's what the invaders do. Spin the narrative.
I think the pro Palestinian posters on here would not be in favour of Hamas's modus operandi but the Palestinians do need an armed force of some sort or they'll just keep losing land.
No, they need Israelis not to elect governments that allow settlements. And other governments to withdraw support from Israeli governments that allow settlements. (They can withdraw food and water and medicines from Palestinians easily enough.)

While I agree that would be nice, Israeli's have continually voted for governments that have expansionist views and therefore I feel Palestinians need to be armed.

As an aside from that I think that Hamas's actions have had the desired result. The last decade there's been little talk of Palestinian nationhood. Very few Israeli's killed. And yet nothing was happening.
Now everyone realises the status quo has to change.
In Israel itself, if reading Haaretz is to be believed, there is an existential threat from within as liberals no longer recognize the country they grew up in, as the country lurches towards the authoritarian right.

Israeli’s just voted for Lebensraum. Nothing wrong with that….right?

And before anyone shouts you down. Just because the Germans did it doesn't mean no-one else can. Indeed I'd imagine it was done many times before the German word for it existed.
