Middle East Conflict

You can't see how walking into someone's home, with them begging for your life in front of you and killing them isn't different?
Of course it is. But you can’t see how governments are held to different standards to demented radicalised terrorists? What is happening in Palestine is completely indiscriminate not to mention illegal. Sooner or later the root cause of this really needs to be addressed. I have no pro or anti Israeli or Arab sentiments but the ongoing treatment of Palestinians is appalling, I doubt the average Palestinian welcomes the presence of Hamas, but it’s the average Palestinian who continues to suffer. What Israel is doing is wrong, in my unbiased opinion, albeit the emotion behind it is understandable.

They won't be in underground tunnels if they have any sense, with the amount of serious ordnance being used. They will be in the south, or just blended in with the general population. It's not like they will be wearing Hamas uniforms. Such is the nature of insurgency. And which is why bombing Gaza has never worked before and won't work again.
You may be right pal, I don’t have any specific knowledge on the subject. I am pretty sure wherever they are they aren’t in the areas supposedly being “carefully targeted”

So what should the Israelis do? How do they get justice against an enemy that would have killed every last one of them if they could? Hamas are an organisation of pure evil on a level with ISIS and Hitlers SS, they enjoy killing, they actually enjoyed murdering babies. Any Jewish baby. If International Law can bring Hamas to justice then fine, let the International Law makers go in and get all the members of Hamas and bring them to justice but if the International Law makers cannot bring justice for the Israelis then surely Israel must be allowed to get that justice for itself?
I sort of agree with that. Its how life works tbh. Same with not supplying goods and services to an enemy that has just massacred hundreds of your people.

But what will that justice achieve? We all know, it will exacerbate the situation, make it worse down the line, move them further away from a long term peace of some sorts. So would you say still do it?

What level of "collateral damage" is acceptable?

They will kill many more innocent Palestinians.

You aren't talking about justice, you are talking about revenge.
Surely justice is mostly revenge. You kill someone, you get sent to prison or die? The Israelis are trying to deal with an enemy that would kill all of them, every last one of them and then celebrate in the streets afterwards. You have to come up with a solution that keeps Israeli families safe after this massacre. And I don't think 'let's do nothing' is an acceptable or realistic answer.

let’s get real here, what exactly did Hamas think Israel would do after that slaughter last Saturday, …. The worlds gone mad it’s like that **** that blew up the concert goers at the MEN , trying to blame the authorities for his actions, when it was squarely down to the intolerant bigoted racist filth Abedi…

2 million Arabs live in Istael
0 Jews live in Gaza

They're not the same though are they. I mean Churchill carpet bombed Dresden, you're saying he was as bad as Hitler?

I'm saying deliberately bombing a hospital causing the fatalities of civilians can never be considered an accident. They've decided it's tolerable, but no - it's never an accident.
