Middle East Conflict

Ahhh, the wrong type of expert I see? ;-)

FWIW, I thought she was very good including on no obligation to provide food, electricity etc. I think we knew that though.

On the disputed issues, none of us know whether Israeli forces are targeting civilians or not. In addition, there was no thought to how hospital bound civilians would move to the South of Gaza.

I’m not a great fan of the BBC but some of the Beeb bashing on here is laughable.

1) She isn't an expert. 2) She's employed by Israel.

A masters in international law doesn't make someone an expert. I'm not sure she even has the qualifications to be a junior lecturer.

Maybe go find the the actual experts who work in the ICC or similar levels of courts if you want an actual expert.

The whole anti BBC shtick across BM is weird and obsessive at times
A guy I know is the anchor man on BBC 5 live sports coverage on a weekend. I give him plenty of banter but it’s tongue in cheek.

Some of this obsession with criticising the BBC, especially the news coverage where journalists are often risking their safety, does seem odd.

You should see some of the BBC bashing on the numerous Tory threads on here.

Many liking your posts here are the worst for it ;-)

FWIW, I wasn’t BBC bashing, merely agreeing the Barrister in International law who apparently isn’t that much of an expert now so don’t I feel silly.

The Beeb is a great source for news and you can, in the main, trust their journalistic output. Like any of the news outlets, you have to take them for what they are, and if you understand their angle, and apply critical thinking, you can take so much away whilst disregarding the rest.

That's not her specialism. I've read her credentials. Have you?

She's a paid shill for Israel, she has less objectivity than Al Jazeera, who you were happy to make the same point about the other day.

It's obvious she's a shill, anyone arguing differently isn't being truthful.
